L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche: Sequin Explosion & Fourreau Inferno

When I first heard of L'Oreal's new nail colour collection called 'Colour Riche' it sounded rather fancy to me (and I like trying fancy things) so I was pretty intrigued to try them out. I decided on getting the Fourreau Inferno and Sequin Explosion which both looked really suited together. I've always had a thing for matching my nail colour to my nail glitter so I knew they'd look great together anyway. And I was right!

The Fourreau Inferno comes out a gorgeously glossy dark red colour but I had a few problems with applying it. The consistency of the product wasn't very good and was extremely thick. This made it hard to apply and could get a bit lumpy. The colour comes out very bold, however, which I like and it stays on extremely well.

The Sequin Explosion was also extremely thick and came out quite lumpy on the brush. The brush dries within seconds of being out so be very careful when taking it out to use. The glitter applies on very strong and thick as well so you only have to apply a little bit otherwise it may overshadow the main nail colour.

I really like the nail colour and the nail glitter together but the consistency was a big let down. Unfortunately I have to say for a 'good quality' collection I was a bit disappointed with the actual quality. I would definitely try some other nail colours from that collection, however, but just be aware of those issues.
