Maybelline Colour Sensation Hollywood Red

I'm a huge fan of lipsticks so when I got this new one this month I was pretty excited to try it out. The colour turned out to be quite subtle but darker on my lips which I really loved. I also found this lipstick really complimented a natural eye and blended in with my pale skin tone really well. The lipstick comes in a cute red-tinted case which gives it a professional look. The lipstick itself is extremely moisturising on the lips and lasts extremely well. I tested it out many times during eating and found it never came of that much. I also really liked the scent- it didn't have a chemical type of smell to it. I'm very impressed with this product and would love to try out some of the other colours in that range. I definitely recommend them to anyone whose looking to try a new collection. They're definitely a colour sensation!

Review: Brazilian Mud Fabric Masque *

Hey guys!

Its Blogmas Day 12 already! Where has the time gone? What have I even been talking about these past days??

So today's post is going to be a review on the last face mask that was sent to me by Montagne Jeunesse which is the 'Brazilian Mud Fabric Masque'. This face mask is made out of Real Mud, Acia Berries and Avocado and is a very easy to use. Its designed to fit onto your face so you just take the mask out and gently lay it on. Leave it on your face for about 15 minutes and then gently take it of and wash it of like normal.

The mask claims;

'The lush vegetation of vibrant Brazil is the source for this natural beauty purple Brazilian Mud, rich in magnesium, cleanses and stimulates skin while pulped Acai Berries, high in antioxidant and vitamins enriched Avocado join forces to fight free radicals'.

I agree that this mask leaves skin feeling soft and smooth and brightens your appearance a lot. The scent isn't bad either and smells very natural. I have loved all three of the masks I was sent so I can't really pick a favourite if I had to choose. It all depends on what your looking for. I must say I really liked the first one I tried out, though. And if you havn't checked out my other face mask reviews you can search for it on the side.

And lastly, my exam week has finally finished so I'm onto my work placement next week. I'm really excited to do something new. Especially during Christmas with parties and craft classes. Yesterdays Blogmas was very short (apologies) as I was still trying to cram in revision so now it's all done I'm free to write as much as I want!

Tomorrow will be another 'what I got up to today' type of post so goodbye and goodnight and see you then.

Review: Montagne Jeunesse Creamy Coconut Water Shea Butter *

Hey guys,

So I've finally got round to trying the second face mask sent to me by Montagne Jeunesse which was the 'Creamy Coconut Water And Shea Butter' one!
Firstly, I have to say I loved this face mask as much as the first one I tried as it left my skin feeling extremely soft. I also love the fact that their ingredients are natural as that really makes a difference compared to a chemical based face mask which can sometimes irritate skin or in my case make me break out.

I adore a good face mask but it's quite hard finding the right one for your skin. That's why Montagne Jeunesse has such a wide range plus they're only a pound each!

(Also, if you've read my 'perfect pamper guide' post than this product is perfect for one of those nights).

Again, like the previous face mask I tried out, clean your skin before applying, carefully pat dry and apply the mask- leaving it on for a maximum of 10-15 minutes.

Don't forget to also check out the first face mask review I did which was the first Montagne Jeunesse one called 'Hot Spring Sauna'. It was SO exfoliating and moisturizing plus it smelt delicious!

So there's only one mask left to review now so keep an eye out for it. Thank you for reading and dont forget to let me know what  your thoughts are on these beauties.  I love hearing back from you guys!

Thanks again,

Until next time!

Birthday Goodies| Zoella Beauty

Hey guys,

So if you didn't know already it was my birthday the other week and I finally turned Sweet Sixteen. Of course I don't feel any different from before but it gave me a great excuse to go shopping. There was one place I had set my eyes on, however, and that was Superdrug. There were a few things I've been longing for a while and I couldn't wait to start my collection...

The other week I went out for my birthday to go shopping with a load of friends and we had such a wonderful time. We ate, we shopped, we laughed and we played random games. But there was only one thing I wanted to buy the most (well.. more then one, but you know what I mean) and that was the new Zoella range.

Her prettily decorated beauty treats are so adorable I wanted absoloutely everything. I ended up leaving Superdrug with the 'Blissful Mistful' body mist which smells absolutely divine and the bath 'Fizz Bar' which is in a chocolate-like form. It gave my bath water a subtle floral scent- very relaxing.

I cant wait to get the rest!

I adore both of these products and I can't wait to complete the range. They look great on my dressing table and are very decorative. I definitely recommend buying these products to anyone as they are so so worth it. Plus the prices are extremely reasonable as well.

                                                  What's not to love?

                                                   Thank you Zoe!

Review: Belissimo Glitter Lips *

Today, I'm going to be reviewing the wonderful Belissimo Glitter Lips and explain to you exactly what this little wonder does. To start with, I have to say I absolutely adore this little product. This morning it turned up on my doorstep in a small package and when I opened it, an adorable little pouch that held all the contents it made me want to simply 'aww'. Here's the packaging on my bedside table:

The price of this product retails at £13 and you can start to find them at certain Topshop stores across the UK and online at http://www.belissimoboutique.co.uk/. At the start of receiving this product I expected the application to be a tad messy and difficult. However, I was very surprised when I started to read the instructions that was given in the little pouch. You simply use one tip of the cotton bud to apply a thin layer of the water-based adhesive onto your lips (keep lips apart and do not touch) then  using the other end, dip the tip into the glitter and gently apply to your lips, building up the colour. This product comes in a range of 21 different glitter colours and is designed to stay on lips for 12 hours- even with the ability to drink and eat!
